Entry Qualification:        Minimum 12th Std. & and Above

 

 

Subject Competency: After completion of the training, participants would be able to join the   rapidly growing organize large format retail industry (such as Bigbazer, Pantaloon, Specer , Bazar Kolkata etc)  with efficiency & confidence.

 

Course duration: 6 Months (5hrs. x 5days in a Week) Total Course Duration: 600 Hrs

Session-I: 45 days (150 hrs)

Other Inputs as Mandatory Foundation Course of First  25 hrs of 100 hrs. hrs SOFT SKILL COURSE- SS101 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module)and 25 hrs of our own Soft skills course on Brilliant  Speaking Ability Development, Situational Personality Judgment, Preliminary lessons towards Confidence Building, Mastering in Internet Surfing & Knowledge hub generation  ( Total 50hrs of Soft Skill Module)

 

Core Subject Coverage:

First 50 hrs. of 180 hrs. RETAIL SALES COURSE- RET101 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module) and 50 hrs of our own module on Orientation to the Large Format Retail Industry, Retail Concepts and Environment, Principles of Retail selling in LFR and difference between LFR and small Store, (Total 100hrs of  Retail-RET101 & Our own Module)

 

Phase Wise Outcomes Indicator Mapping:  For First 45 Days

 

In first 45 days a candidate from any back ground will go through strict systematic observation and will be assessed thoroughly till he/she earns required confidence level and understanding maturity to obtain the required eligibility for proceeding next semester. The above lessons will provide him/her the strategic understanding ability to recognize the change within their inner side. Moral boost will be high enough to combat with so called competitors.

Session-II: 45 days (150 hrs)

Other Inputs as Mandatory Foundation Course of Second 25 hrs of 100 hrs SOFT SKILL COURSE- SS101 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module) and 25 hrs of our own soft skill course on Personality Development, Self analytics and reasoning. Placing their own identity on Social Media and ability building to judge their own exponential potential. (Total 50hrs of Soft Skill Module)

 

Core Subject Coverage:

Second 50 hrs. of 180 hrs. RETAIL SALES COURSE- RET101 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module) and 30 hrs of RETAIL SALES COURSE- RET202 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module) and 20 hrs. of our own module on Multi brand Floor Management, Effective inventory planning and control for LFR, Multi Brand Retail marketing and brand management, Promotional planning and execution, People management in retail. (Total 100hrs of Retail-RET101 & RET202 and Our own Module)

 

 

 

 

 

Phase Wise Outcomes Indicator Mapping: For Second 45 days

In this 45 days a candidate will exercise the above soft skill learning and will associates its grooming skills with core subject learning. The handling of social media tools with responsibility will be a prominent impact to observe.

 

Session-III: 45 days (150 hrs)
Other Inputs as Mandatory Foundation Course of Third 25 hrs of 100 hrs. SOFT SKILL COURSE- SS101 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module) and 25 hrs of our own soft skill course on Interpersonal Communication development, Ethical Approach Judgment and behavioral Attitude Building. (Total 50hrs of Soft Skill Module)

 

Core Subject Coverage:

Third 50 hrs. of 180 hrs. RETAIL SALES COURSE- RET101 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module) and 50 hrs of our own module on LFR Supply chain processes and their vital importance to the retail industry, LFR Vendor selection, Development    and performance analysis, Consumer behavior, LFR Customer relationship management. (Total 100hrs of Retail-RET101 &  Our own Module)

Session-IV: 45 days (150 hrs)

SOFT SKILL COURSE- SS101 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module) and 25 hrs of our own on Legal & administrative view analysis in work place, Learning Tools to equip with for combating work place harassment and credential mapping. (Total 50hrs of Soft Skill Module)

 

Core Subject Coverage:

Last 30 hrs. of 180 hrs. RETAIL SALES COURSE- RET101 (As per DGE&T/SDIS MES Module) and 20hrs of our own module on Hiring, Training & retaining manpower LFR, LFR Principles of visual merchandising and space planning, Retail technologies available and its application & 50hrs. of Internship at leading retail stores. (Total 100hrs of Retail-RET101, Our own Module & Internship)
